From CONTABILIDAD Y GESTIÓN HABANA, S.L. (hereinafter, “CONTAGESHA”) we pledge to ensure that your personal information is protected and not used in an improper manner. In this document we explain who is responsible for processing, for what purpose it will be processed your personal information, the legitimation for the processing, how we collect it, why we collect it, how we use it, your data protection rights and the processes we have arranged to protect your privacy.

2.  INFORMATION AND CONSENT

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation UE 679/2016 on Data Protection (hereinafter “GDPR“), by accepting this Privacy Policy the data subject (hereinafter, the “Data Subject“) PROVIDES INFORMED CONSENT, express, free and unequivocal to process personal data collected through the following means:

  1. The website http://contagesha.com/ (hereinafter, the “Website“), either by sending an e-mail to the different contact e-mail addresses or by using virtual banking;
  1. The documentation completed by the Data Subject, such as forms, contracts, etc., for the accomplishment of each one of the services offered by CONTAGESHA;

Likewise, the Data Subject agrees that these data are processed by CONTAGESHA to provide its services applying the organisational and security measures required by the GDPR.

All personal data requested to the Data Subject in the documentation concerning the different services offered by CONTAGESHA are indispensable for the correct provision of these.

Also, when the personal data are collected through other forms that can be enabled on the Website for the development of its activity, it will be necessary that the Data Subject provide, at least, those marked with an asterisk because if those data considered necessary are not provided, we will not be able to provide the service to the Data Subject through the Web site.

The Data Subject guarantees that the personal data provided to CONTAGESHA are true and accurate, so that CONTAGESHA will not be held responsible for any incidents arising from the inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided by the Data Subjects.

CONTAGESHA cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of the systems, therefore, assumes no responsibility for the damages arising from alterations that third parties may cause in the computer systems, electronic documents or files.

The personal data of the Data Subject will be processed by CONTAGESHA only for the following purposes:

  1. To provide the services that constitute the purpose of the contractual relation between CONTAGESHA and the Data Subject;
  1. Carry out the functionalities of the respective Website or social networks;
  1. Periodically, submit newsletters, promotions and news related to our activity;
  1. Address requests for information in the case of data collected through the contact email;
  1. Comply with legally established obligations.

 

4.  LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING

The legitimate legal basis for the processing of data carried out by CONTAGESHA are the following:

5.  RECIPIENTS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

CONTAGESHA may allow access to the personal data of Data Subjects when necessary for the provision of its services, by subscribing in such cases an agreement of processors with such suppliers. These agreements will in any case indicate that the processor shall act on behalf of CONTAGESHA, in accordance with the purposes of the latter and by applying security measures, as well as appropriate technical and organisational measures which, under no circumstances, will be offered less protection than those applied by CONTAGESHA.
If it is necessary to carry out international transfers to third parties and/or countries, CONTAGESHA will always inform the Data Subject of this circumstance and request his explicit consent for this.

 

6.  COMMUNICATIONS

In the event that we process the personal data provided by the Data Subjects to send them electronic communications with information related to relevant news, they will be directed solely and exclusively to those Data Subjects who maintain a contractual relation with CONTAGESHA or those Data Subjects who have previously authorized and expressly received them, either at the time of registration on the Website or other means, or later.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services for an Information Society and E-commerce (hereinafter, “LSSI”), in the event that the Data Subject does not wish to receive communications from the controller he may express his refusal by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@contagesha.com.

7.  COOKIES POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and LSSI, all personal data obtained through cookies while using the Website shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Cookies Policy.

8.  EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, we inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability of data and limitation of treatment directly to CONTAGESHA.

For the exercise of any of your rights, send us a letter to the registered office indicated in the first section or to the e-mail address info@contagesha.com with the subject “Exercise of rights – GDPR”.

Your application will be attended within a maximum of one (1) month from the time of receipt.

9.  ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Data Subject ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD this Privacy Policy whose content constitutes the entire agreement between the Data Subject and CONTAGESHA regarding the use and processing of their personal information. The Data Subject expressly agrees to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, in all its extent and scope, without excluding any of its provisions.


CONTAGESHA reserves the right to update and make changes on the Privacy Policy even without prior notice to the Data Subject. Such modifications must be made effective at the time of their publication on the Website, where they will be available to the Data Subject at all times. In this sense, we recommend the Data Subject to regularly check the content of the Privacy Policy to be aware of any alterations affecting the processing of data within the Website.
